Our Community Service Projects
Club service projects - Club members participating as volunteers with club funding and many times with community partners.
- Volunteer for the Angel Tree program with the Salvation Army and Catholic Charities.
- Serve meals monthly to the homeless at the Union Gospel Mission.
- Give blood to Carter BloodCare of Tarrant County and to the "Be The Match Bone Marrow Program."
- Contribute to the Rotary Shelter Box Program for international disasters.
- Distribute dictionaries to third graders and books to second graders in area schools.
- Provide flags to subscribing neighborhoods on patriotic holidays.
- Sponsor the “Four-Way Test” Speech Contest
- Sponsor local high school students for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Program.
- Sponsored a Rotary Exchange Student.
- Volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
- Volunteer for the Immunization Collaboration Program.
- Contribute to the Tarrant Regional Food Bank and “Stop Hunger Now” Project.
- Support Catholic Charities and other non-profit agencies through financial contributions and volunteer work for special projects.
- Purchased two Rotary Centennial Benches for Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital SW and a local park.
- Refurbished benches along the Trinity River in Trinity Park, Fort Worth.
